The other head wear could be commissioned by YG Entertainment from Piers Atkinson (just a guess!!). I have seen some photos of the artist's other creations and they look similar with the ones Lee Hi wore for the MV. There was however one head wear from Fleamadonna's SS 2013 Collection. :)
