I'll leave the music video review to Eatyourkimchi.com but if you haven't seen this video yet, go click this link >>> LINK!! The music video is mostly retro, colorful and black and white. Checkered, florals and stripe prints are definitely seen everywhere in this music video. There's also tons of items from Kenzo and Saint Laurent.
In this screen cap, you can see Jonghyun wearing checkered and florals. He donned a striped shirt and worn a checkered suit over this and then checkered blazer. His striped shirt is from Thom Browne. I found two similar blazers which totally looked the same as the one Jonghyun is wearing in the photo, this blazer from H&M and this blazer from Alexander McQueen (only in a different color). I wouldn't be surprised too if the other checkered garments worn in this video is from Thom Browne. He paired the checkered topwear with floral pants. He also wore a checkered tie and animal print shoes from Kenzo.

Jonghyun is wearing a denim vest with calf skin details on the shoulder over a jersey t-shirt from the brand Supreme. He paired these with black and red or pink leggings and then polka dotted lace up shoes from Forfex. The leggings look like it is from KTZ but since I am not yet sure, I'll leave it as it is for now. The leggings are from ATO S/S 2009. Thanks to Naira Nunes for the tip :D

There's too many checkered b/w blazers right now that I didn't even bother to look for the one Jonghyun was wearing. It could be from a Korean designer like Kwak Hyunjoo (I think I saw a similar pattern in one of the collections) or from an international high fashion brand. Anyways, one is for sure, his polka dot shirt is from Saint Laurent's S/S 2013 Collection.
